Project: Tilt and Turn Window Repairs

Client: RGRE and Knight Frank

For this project, we were tasked with repairing approximately 400 tilt and turn windows where the original hardware systems had begun to fail, creating a potential safety risk due to the possibility of window sashes falling inward.

Our team installed completely new Sobinco tilt and turn systems across all affected windows, ensuring the windows were restored to full safe working order. In addition to the hardware replacements, we also replaced several broken glazing units and damaged mirrors throughout the building.

All works were carefully planned and carried out with minimal disruption to tenants and daily building operations. The project was successfully completed over a 12-week period, delivered on time and within budget.
